(H-Impact) Helping health professionals become entrepreneurs

Project summary

Entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs can bring improvements to healthcare. Health Innovation and Entrepreneurship Lab (H-Impact) gives students and professionals entrepreneurial skills and attitudes.

H-Impact is an international programme that builds entrepreneurial skills and attitudes to enable healthcare innovation.

Learners from different disciplines work in teams to create high-impact, innovative solutions for real-life healthcare challenges. Graduates will have gained the knowledge they need to carry on as healthcare entrepreneurs or to become ‘intrapreneurs’ within their own organisations.

H-Impact provides an online course, allowing learners from across Europe to participate. Participants work in teams and follow personalised learning plans, and are supported through online coaching and mentoring from a healthcare expert.

This programme structure serves to close the gap between short-term inspirational activities and accelerator programmes.
