Promising Neighbourhoods: Reducing health inequities by an integral collaborative community program for a Promising, Safe and Healthy Development of youth: Effect- & evaluation study

Project summary

This project is an effect- and evaluation study on “Growing Up with Potential (Kansrijk Opgroeien)”. With this program, the city of Rotterdam tries to reduce socio-economic health differences by promoting healthy, safe and promising childhood development. For each neighborhood, an optimal mix of effective approaches will be chosen based on analyses together with local partners and representatives of parents and youth.

Impact

Based on the results, “Growing Up with Potential” will be improved and the program can be introduced in other neighborhoods and cities.
